Article 1 : Transport Costs

At the time of placing an order, the Customer has a choice between different types of delivery: to his home address or the address of his choice, to a parcel collection point…, different delivery times (Express : next day or 2 day delivery, Economic : 3 - 5 days). The cost of transport is determined by the volume and weight of your article, your address, the speed of delivery and security required for your delivery. Transport is supported by Kabambi from 75 € TTC purchase, whatever the volume of purchased products, only for France Mainland with "MONDIAL RELAY". Up to 75 € and for all destinations outside metropolitan France (international deliverys), the delivery costs are borne by the customer.

An indication of delivery charges are shown on the « Order Summary » page 1 of the shopping basket. The final delivery charges are only shown when the Customer has selected a delivery method on the « Delivery » page 4 of the Shopping basket.

Orders placed by Customers who live outside the European Union are not subject to French VAT. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the Customer /Recipient. They must be paid directly to the transporter at the time of delivery. The Customer is also responsible for checking that he has the right to import the products ordered under the law of the country where delivery takes place. Your privacy is important to us and we would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Article 2 : Delivery times and methods

Credit card orders with delivery by the french postal service "La Poste" (Chronopost, Chrono Relais 24h, Colissimo) placed before 11 a.m. Monday til Friday are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. will be dispatched the following day.

Credit card orders for collection from Mondial Relay (C.pourToi) or "happy-post" points will be dispatched the following day, whatever the time of ordering. Customers are advised by email of the arrival of their parcel at the Mondial Relay collection point. The parcel is held at the parcel collection point for 10 working days and 14 calendar days. After that, the parcel will be sent back to Kabambi.

Credit card orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public Holidays will be dispatche on the next working day. Orders paid for by cheque or bank transfer are dispatched on receipt of payment into Kabambi’s bank account. An email is automatically sent to the Customer when the products are dispatched, as long as the email address indicated in the registration form is correct.

Customers can also collect orders free of charge from the Kabambi shop in Audierne, 6 Place de la République (by appointment, please ring (+33 7 71 10 55 08 or + 33 2 98 95 73 70).

COVID- 19 (update 03/18/2020): in the current context of the CORONAVIRUS / COVID-19 pandemic, Kabambî cannot guarantee its customers the availability and quality of services of all transporters and logistics players, nor the usual deadlines guaranteed by them or by La Poste services. No claim for delay or loss of a parcel will be accepted. The General Conditions of Sale section refers to this article 2.

Article 3 : Packaging

Products are packed in accordance with current transport standards and to ensure optimal protection of goods during their delivery. Customers are requested to respect these same conditions when returning a product. When a product is returned, if Kabambi observe that the product is damaged due to inadequate packaging, they may decide to only partly reimburse the Customer or refuse to reimburse the Customer if the condition of the product means it cannot be re-sold. Article 4 : Reception of Parcels

Kabambi reminds the Customer that it is his responsibility to inspect his parcels when they are delivered in the presence of the delivery person and to immediately notify the transporter and Kabambi Customer Service of any observed irregularity (damaged parcel, delivery date not within the normal delivery times). In the absence of any notification, the product is deemed to have been accepted by the Customer and cannot be the object of any dispute concerning its delivery.

Article 5 : Gift Wrapping

Kabambi offer a free gift-wrapping service to customers for small items such as accessories and small decorative objects. Large items cannot be gift-wrapped.
