Dana Esteline proposes this traditional pottery, made in Ethiopia. This Guinea fowl is the product of exceptional craftsmanship.
The clay object is first dried under the sun and coated with sesame oil and cooked in a buried oven. Then it is smoked with eucalyptus leaves to have a black sheen.
Finally, the dots are handmade by means of a wooden stick ripper in paint !
